Celebrating Garba Even During Panchakarma!
The residents of Atmasantulana Village invited the Panchakarma patients to an evening of Garba during Navaratri. The celebration of festivals of ancient India is considered a deeply therapeutic experience. The rituals and arts have all been designed to keep society in sync with nature’s energy systems and benefit from them. The circumambulatory dance offers joy and raises Kundalini energy – an effect of the design of its traditional dance moves, clapping and directions. The patients at Atmasantulana are seen here raising their energy during the event.
